Admission Process

STEP 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official DTE MP Counselling Portal
• Click on B.Pharm / D.Pharm counselling registration
• Fill basic details (Name, DOB, Mobile, Email)
• Enter academic details (12th marks – PCB / PCM)
• Create Login ID & Password

Note: Without registration, you cannot participate in counselling.

STEP 2: Document Verification

Documents are verified online (or at designated help centers). Common documents required:

• 10th & 12th Marksheet
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate of MP
• Income Certificate
• Photo & Signature

If any document is rejected, a correction window is provided.

STEP 3: Choice Filling & Locking

This is the most important step.

• Login to your account
• Select colleges (Government + Private)
• Select course: B.Pharm or D.Pharm
• Arrange choices in order of preference
• Lock your choices before the deadline

STEP 4: Seat Allotment (Round 1)

DTE MP publishes the allotment result based on:

• Your Merit Rank
• Category (General / SC / ST / OBC / EWS)
• Choices filled by you
• Seat availability in colleges
